Please be aware that images are sent to the lab for printing within 24 hours of receiving an order and once ordered payment can no longer be refunded.  If a mistake is made and you require a refund, please call 'actionshotsonline' immediately to avoid dissapointment, on 07803 935555 and have your order number and the name of the greyhound at hand.  Frame orders can be cancelled/refunded within 2 days, however, as mentioned above, prints cannot be refunded once the image has been sent to the laboratory. 

We value your custom and will make every effort to be reasonable with regard to refunding print and framed print orders.  Any orders cancelled after payment has been made will be subject to Paypal transaction charges.

Please feel free to contact 'actionshotsonline' on 07803 935555 to discuss the quality of your chosen image, in order to help you decide on a suitable print size.  If a large print is purchased and 'actionshotsonline' feel that the image quality is inadequate, 'actionshotsonline' will suggest a more suitable print size and will refund the difference.

All images are cropped and colour/density adjusted to produce the best printing results.  We would only send out prints that are a true representation of the chosen image.  Photographs taken at night can contain grain in the shadow areas, which is known as noise.  This is becoming less apparent as technology moves on, however, older images may be slightly 'noisier' than more resent images.

The product name and product code both contain the name of the greyhound, the images file number and the date of the race.

For example: Clairkeith Codey 1112 10509. Clairkeith Codey's image file number is 1112 and the date of the race was 10/5/09.
